8 × 10 in uses a 4:5 ratio. 12 × 16 in and 18 × 24 in use a 3:4 ratio. These are artwork dimensions, not outer frame dimensions. Artwork is adapted without stretching or cropping key features.

How artwork approval works

We prepare your artwork after your order and send a proof. Two rounds of consolidated changes are included. Corrections to our production mistakes do not count toward this allowance. Changing the pet, source photo or portrait style may require a separate assessment. We never print before your approval.
