Designs and order information

A draft may remain in this browser on this device; it is not an online account or guaranteed backup. Adding a design to the bag uploads its source images, if any, and rendered preview to Shopify. File links and design details are attached to the matching product line. Shopify processes information entered at checkout, including contact, delivery and payment information needed for the transaction. Submitted design and delivery information is used to handle the order, produce the requested item and arrange delivery.

Anyone with an uploaded file link may access it. Removing a browser draft, clearing site data or removing a bag item does not delete uploaded files. Automatic deletion is not enabled. Keep original files separately and do not submit identity documents, financial or medical records, or other sensitive information in your design.

Contact messages

The Contact form submits your name, email address and message through Shopify to the store's configured sender email for handling your enquiry. Include only information relevant to the request. Deleting a browser draft does not withdraw a contact message.

Website services

Shopify hosts the storefront and processes browsing and security information through cookies, logs and ordinary website functions. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google receives browser and connection information needed to deliver them. Browser controls can restrict cookies or site data, which can affect saved drafts and website functions.

Requests about your information

Use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information. Identify the relevant order, design or message without sending sensitive documents. Local draft controls do not manage Shopify files or email records. No automated uploaded-file deletion or deletion completion time is promised here. Applicable rights are not limited by this notice.
