2. Product & Order Rules

  1. All pet gift boxes sold on this site are handmade goods. Minor manual texture differences, tiny color deviations due to screen display do not count as production defects and cannot be used as grounds for refund requests.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, launch limited-time promotions or stop production of discontinued handmade products without prior notice.
  3. After you place an order, you may cancel the order free of charge before we start production. Once handmade crafting begins, customized orders cannot be cancelled.
  4. We guarantee to ship out your order within the processing time stated on each product page. Force majeure events (logistics suspension, natural disasters, raw material shortage) may delay delivery, and we will inform all affected customers via email in advance.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All text, product photos, handmade design patterns, brand logos, website layout and graphic content on this store belong exclusively to Brightnova Inc.
  2. No user may copy, download, modify, resell or commercialize any of our original handmade designs, pictures or written content without our written official authorization. Unauthorized intellectual property infringement will result in order cancellation and legal liability.
