Terms of Service

By using the PawMemory website, you agree to these terms. PawMemory sells personalized pet gifts and related products.

Orders and personalization
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct product, size, quantity, shipping address, and personalization details. Uploaded photos and notes must be lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights.

Custom production
Products are made to order. We may contact you if a photo is unclear or if information is needed before production. The preview shown during customization is an approximate placement guide; artwork direction is checked before production.

Pricing and payment
Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and payment options are shown at checkout. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the store confirms the order.

Shipping, refunds, and support
Estimated production and shipping times are described in the Shipping Policy. Personalized items are not eligible for general change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for review under the Refund and Remake Policy.

Intellectual property
PawMemory retains rights to its store content, branding, and original materials. Customers retain responsibility for having permission to use uploaded photos and text.
