Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit harmful files, disrupt its operation or attempt unauthorized access. We do not offer studio visits or appointment services.

Your design and permissions

Use material you own or have permission to use. Keep your original separately and review all text, selected options, images and placement before ordering. Screen renderings are layout aids; color and apparent size can differ from the physical item. Applying a preview or adding it to the bag does not itself complete a purchase.

Ownership of your original remains with you. Submitting a design permits the processing needed to handle the order and produce the requested item. Marketing use requires separate permission. Do not submit material that violates another person's rights.

Prices and ordering

Review the selected product, options, shipping charge and any applicable taxes at checkout before paying. Keep the order confirmation for enquiries.

Design files and personal information

A draft may remain in this browser on this device; it is not an online account or guaranteed backup. Adding a design to the bag uploads its source images, if any, and rendered preview to Shopify. File links and design details are attached to the matching product line.

Anyone with a file link may access it. Deleting a browser draft or removing a bag item does not delete uploaded files. Automatic deletion is not enabled. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal material.

Questions and applicable rights

Contact us and include the relevant product or order number. Do not send payment details or sensitive documents. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
