Best photos
• Bright, front-facing photos work best.
• Keep the eyes, nose, ears, and full face shape visible.
• Use the original photo file when possible instead of a screenshot.
• Avoid heavy blur, dark lighting, strong filters, and cropped faces.
• Keep important details away from the edge of the image.
Multiple pets
If you want more than one pet in the artwork, choose the matching pet-count option on the product page and make sure every pet’s face is clear and visible.
What happens after upload
Your uploaded photo is used for the product order and photo-quality review. We may contact you for a clearer image or more information before production. The preview shown during customization is an approximate placement guide; the final artwork direction is checked before production.
