Drafts on your device

The editor may retain source images, text and layout in this browser. Keep your own originals: clearing browser data or changing devices can remove access to a draft.

Files submitted with your design

Adding a design to the bag uploads its source images, if any, and rendered preview to Shopify. File links and design details are attached to the matching product line. Completed orders carry those design details for order handling and production.

Anyone with a file link may access it. Clearing a local draft or removing a bag item does not delete uploaded files. Automatic deletion is not enabled.

Your choices

Submit only images you own or are allowed to use. Keep identity documents, payment details and sensitive information out of a design. Use the Contact page to ask about submitted information; no deletion completion time is promised here. Read our Privacy Policy for further details.
